Lempäälä has a variety of different housing options. 15-20 city plots are usually sold every year for detached houses. Rented apartments are also available in different parts of the municipality, most of which are owned by Lempäälän vuokrakodit (Lempäälä’s rent homes), the municipality’s own non-profit housing company. There are also right-of-residence dwellings available in Lempäälä.
